WorkflowGen Mobile

WorkflowGen Mobile enables the users who have already implemented the WorkflowGen workflow software on their corporate web servers to access the WorkflowGen portal and peform their workflow actions remotely via their iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad.

This version is available for free to all the WorkflowGen users.

WorkflowGen on your iOS device:
- display the list of processes
- launch a new process
- display the actions to do
- assign an action to another person
- perform searches
- complete web forms
- track processes
- display the audit trail of the processes
- view processes attachments
- display and add comments to a process
- display late processes and actions indicators
- manage user delegations
- view processes graphical follow-up (*)
- display custom views (*)
- Manual sign-out

Important notes :

In order to use this application, WorkflowGen must be installed on a web server that can be accessed via a VPN or Extranet (publicly accessible).

This application is currently not compatible with a WorkflowGen set up with the Form authentication security mode.
